Holden Special Vehicles Club Incorporated

The Holden Special Vehicles Club Incorporated was established in 2008 by a group of like-minded people with an enthusiasm for Holdens and a desire to enjoy good times with friends and family.

Membership to the Club is open to owners of all makes and models of Holden cars including HDT, HSV, SS, Walkinshaw, Monaro, Torana and classic 'Golden Holdens'. The Club prides itself on the passion of its members for the Holden brand, and for the companionship and social interaction enjoyed by members through numerous activities and events organised by the Club throughout each year.

With the end of production of HSV and Holden, the Holden Special Vehicles Club Incorporated will include owners of General Motors vehicles (GM) under our membership criteria from June 2020.

Owners of other makes of vehicle, who have a genuine interest in the Objects of the Club, are also welcome to join as Associate Members and take part in all Club functions and recreational pursuits.

Club members enjoy a variety of activities including cruises, ten-pin bowling, barbeques, trivial pursuit and quiz nights, indoor sports events, grasskhanas and others. The most important considerations placed on Club activities are the inclusion of families and friends and the involvement of members in many aspects of decision-making pertaining to the goodwill and future of the Club.

Although the Club originated in the Waikato area, our membership has now expanded throughout the greater part of the North Island. A wide range of Club apparel and merchandise is available for members to purchase.

This is a proud and exciting organisation with a bright future, an enthusiastic membership and a strong motto.

The Club is a proud supporter of Hospice Waikato Rainbow Place which provides specialised therapeutic support for children and young people experiencing change, loss and grief around the serious illness and/or death of a loved one.

So, come along and join in the “POWER AND PASSION” of the Holden Special Vehicles Club.
